Artistics is pleased to announce a new exhibition of sculptures by French artist Yann Guillon at Golf Bluegreen Ploemeur Océan, a coastal golf course located in Brittany, France.
On view through September 27, the exhibition features a selection of twenty sculptures installed throughout the venue, including five large-scale outdoor works placed along the course and a group of smaller sculptures presented inside the clubhouse.
A graduate of the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, Yann Guillon has spent more than three decades exploring the expressive potential of the human figure. Working in bronze, stone, and resin, he creates sculptures that capture movement, balance, and inner energy. Athletes, dancers, and bodies in motion are recurring subjects in an oeuvre that combines figurative and abstract approaches while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions of European sculpture.
The indoor presentation also includes photographs by German artist Klaus Kampert (1953–2024). Renowned for his studies of the human body and his collaborations with ballet dancers, Kampert developed a highly sculptural photographic language shaped by light, form, and gesture. Displayed alongside Guillon’s works, his photographs create a compelling dialogue around movement, presence, and the expressive power of the body.
This exhibition marks the first contemporary art presentation hosted by Golf Bluegreen Ploemeur Océan, reflecting the venue’s desire to create new encounters between art, landscape, and everyday life.
