CASA PERISCOPE is a sculpture by the Spanish contemporary artist, Ramon Enrich.

This architectural sculpture is of a small building made in ceramic and plastic. This architecture is a closed space, windowless, the only two access points are a door and a periscope on the roof. The door brings about a mysterious effect to the sculpture making it an open accessible space though the interior is an unknown to the viewer, leaving it up to their imagination as to its contents.

Architecture is at the centre of Ramon Enrich's poetic discourse. It is considered by the artist as a universal subject, synthesised here in a theatrical and minimalist design. Very simple and uncluttered, Ramon Enrich's sculptures draw their expressive power from the minimal art theories of artists such as Donald Judd and Sol Lewitt. They are embodied in simple shapes and materials, aiming to uphold the special relationship with their surrounding space. They come close to a rationalist and functional conception of architecture, and also serve as models for the buildings present in the artist's paintings which, represented in deserted environments, inspire viewers with a real feeling of their surroundings.
